Voicemail Breakout/Personal Auto-Attendant: Up to 3 breakout numbers can be set up. When callers are directed to your mailbox, they can either leave a message or choose to be transferred to one of three numbers (e.g. Operator, mobile/cell phone, colleague, etc).

Automatically direct callers to the correct group or extension using simple menu options

Call Features

Incoming calls can be efficiently handled using either Direct Dialing (DDI/DID) or dedicated operators. For out of hours calls or times when you just can't take calls, IP Office provides voicemail and optional Auto-Attendant services.
IP Office provides a comprehensive telephony feature set to enable a fast and efficient response to a telephone call. Features such as Caller ID display and call tagging allow employees to see who is calling and who they are calling before they pick the call up. Client information can even be 'popped-up' on the user's PC.
Advanced features are also included in this package: Conference calling, Paging, Hot Desking, Caller ID, Direct Dial In (DDI), Call forwading, Distinctive ring and many more.
Phone Manager Lite is also included. This is a PC based software application giving you full control over your handset including access to speed dials, call logs, directories, and other users call status.

Installation and Management

VoIP brings with a huge leap forward in flexibility over a traditional telephone system. Run your VoIP telephone system over your existing data network eliminating the need for costly re-cabling whenever a phone needs to be moved.
Installation requires only a small amount of space in an existing data cabinet (5U including UPS).
A simple management interface provides the telephone system manager with the ability to make adds, moves and changes with ease.
Power Fail situations supported with the use of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (included). Keeps the switchboard phone running in the event of power failure. (Upgradeable to support entire system if required)
Remote support is available from NCS providing real-time monitoring and configuration of your system. One call can have a change effected within minutes!
