Bring your lessons to life with visualisers and document cameras

A visualiser or document camera allows teachers to create and display high quality images of books pictures, photographs, documents and 3D objects to all pupils or students.

No preparation is needed. Just switch it on, point the camera and off you go.

Connect a visualiser to your laptop or PC to integrate easily with an Interactive Whiteboard and annotate over children’s work. Simply connect to a data projector to project images directly - this allows a whole class to view the tiniest artifact or a single copy of a book without crowding.

Teachers can instantly capture images for immediate use in lessons or to be saved for later use. Real time video of activities and demonstrations can be recorded, in conjunction with Interactive Whiteboard software, and stored as files for playback.


The L-1ex enhance’s teaching and learning

Packed with new features to help teachers create attention grabbing lessons, the L-1ex continues to show ELMO leading the field with advanced yet affordable visualisers.

The  L-1ex offers even more flexibility with the addition of Remote Control, freeing the teacher to move around the classroom or assembly hall while using the visualiser. 

The  L-1ex now captures images at 30fps* for smooth moving images, so that it now appears to human eyes as “normal video”.

Improved digital camera compatibility allows for greater use of the built-in SD Card reader.

Equipped with both 5.2x optical zoom and 8x digital zoom, the L-1ex offers up to 41.6x magnifcation.

The L-1ex also keeps the popular features found in previous models, including the large image capture area, allowing large items such as musical instruments and maps to be shown at up to a full A3 spread.

Free-Angle Camera Head & Arm allowing the camera to be easily moved to the best position so objects to be viewed from just about any angle.
